Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the booking of hotel rooms and apartments offered through operator or M & H Investment Group, (hereinafter referred to as Operator), made by www.rentals.foxestate.com website. Each reservation made through the operator will be deemed to be given a binding offer to purchase up beds.
Reservations can be regarded as established when the Operator:
- Assign a reservation code (ID);
- Send the confirmation e-mail or fax;
- Will receive full payment.
1. Prices
OPERATOR reserves the right to change prices published on the website rentals.foxestate.com. Such changes will not have any impact on bookings already confirmed. Prices published on the website are expressed in the specified currency at the exchange rates made during the day of sales. Any changes in the amount of the payment already made a reservation will be made at the rate of establishment of the reservation. Exchange rates are provided by the Operator.
Services included in the contract are listed on the website and on the booking confirmation. Personal expenses such as additional support for Hotel (hotel boy), minibar with soft drinks, meals in restaurants, tips, laundry rooms, ironing, phone calls and some are not listed on the booking confirmation are not included in the price. Bills for these services to be paid on the spot in the complex.
2. Information on the types of rooms
Room Types:
Studio
double room with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet.
One bedroom apartment with living room and kitchenette and separate bedroom. The living room is a sofa bed for 2 persons, bedroom and bed.
Two bedroom apartment with living room and kitchenette and two bedrooms. In the living room is a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom with double bed and the second with 2 single beds. Children - Beds can be made available for an additional fee. Children's bed or cradle is designed for children aged up to 2 years.
3. Complexes info
The information contained on the website of the Operator www.rentals.foxestate.com are provided by the Operator on the basis of information received from the owners of the apartments and on the examination of the complex by the Operator. The information contained on the website is updated all the time. Booking an apartment you can be sure that you will find on place precisely objective as set out in our offer.
On the website is published categorization with stars system, in order to provide general information on the quality, level of service, food standard and range of facilities available on site. In some countries, the different categorization than for a star. Please note the names of objects.
4. Reservations, payment and confirmation
Reservations will be accepted no later than 24 hours before arrival to the area.
Reservations set for 7 days or less prior to arrival at the complex have to be paid on-site to the representative of the Operator. The same applies to any charges associated with changes made in an existing reservation within 7 days prior to arrival at the complex.
Reservation confirmation will be sent within 48 hours of setting up a reservation.
For bookings set for 8 or more days before the scheduled arrival at the complex, Customer is responsible for payment of the deposit of 150EUR for the Operator. The lack of payment within the prescribed period means resignation of the reservations.
If the period from the time of booking to the start of the rental Apartment is less than 60 days, Customer shall pay a deposit along with the entry fee.
Upon receipt of deposit, Operator issues a voucher, which shall be necessary to submit at the complex, allowing the use of the services.
The client regulates the balance receivable in cash upon arrival to the area at the time of receiving the keys as follows: 150EUR, plus the rest of the amount given in euros, according to the booking in the system www.rentals.foxestate.com
When the apartment is vacated, the employee of the Operator settle the deposit return referred in the paragraph.
When the reservation is confirmed and all claims settled, will be sent a voucher which must be printed and presented to the Operator or a resident in the complex at the reception desk, as proof that services were already booked and paid. None of this document may result in customer load for the whole service in accordance with the pricing or the fact that the service would not be rendered
5. Cancellation
Cost of resignation shall be imposed, depending on the length of time between notification of a cancelation and time of arrival at each complex listed on the reservation. If the cancelation was made less than 6 days you will be charged with the equivalent of the fee for the first overnight stay in the apartment. If it is longer than 6 days the reservation is cancelled at no extra cost.
6. Changes
Where the amendments affect or reduce the number of rooms in accommodation bookings are charged the following fees. If you desire to change is reported in the period of 0-6 days before the day of arrival to the complex costs of the changes are equivalent to the fee for the first overnight stay in the apartment. If the change is to be made earlier than 6 days prior to arrival at the hotel, there are no charges.
A change of names, reductions in the age of the child, does not entail any additional fees. All changes are possible, depending on the availability of the offer.
When a customer arrives to the area later than the time specified in the booking facility or leave earlier than booked, do not benefit from any refunds for unused accommodation, unless previously Operator will be notified of this fact. However, the customer will always be charged for that night in accordance with the reservation confirmation received.
7. Refunds
Operator pay the costs referred to in the book through the M & H Investment, if the conditions mentioned in section 5. Cancellation and change. Means payment will be transferred to that account, from which it previously paid out to establish the reservation. Refunds will be made within 2-5 business days. Reservations will be made in the same way they followed the original payment.
8. Important information about excursions.
1. Tipping is not included in the price of the service.
2. Children travel for free may not have the right to food, and if there are no free places must be kept on the lap of accompanying adults.
3. Service providers have the right to exclude a participant from the tour if his behavior prevent the other participants.
4. Service providers are not responsible for items lost during the trip.
5. For some complexes provided are pick up services, it is important to acknowledge such service for 24 hours prior to scheduled departure for the trip.
6. The time of pick up from the complex and the duration of a trip depends on traffic on the road.
7. Service Provider reserves the right to change and cancel a trip at any time without giving a reason.
8. When a trip is canceled customers will be offered the following solutions:
to join another group to implement the program of the same trips at different times.
to join the tour, which has a different program.
to receive a full refund.
9. Complaints
All complaints must be submitted on the spot inthe complex or directly to the service provider to immediately rectify the situation. If the cause of a complaint does not cease to be sent a complaint to the Operator. You can do so by sending an e-mail. This type of complaint must be sent within 1 month from the date of execution of the service. Complaints received after a period of 1 month will not be considered.
10. Responsibility
1. Although Operator make every effort to ensure that descriptions of hotels and services in line with reality, they're not owned or managed by them. Operator reserves the right to change the facility indicated on the reservation to another in the same category. In such cases, the customer will be informed of this fact as soon as possible. With such changes, it is not any kind of compensation. In exceptional circumstances Operator may be forced to cancel already confirmed reservation. In such cases, customers will be refunded the full amount indicated in the reservation.
2. Operator in no event shall be liable for losses as a consequence of made booking. Operator Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services listed in the book. This can not be limited Operator's responsibility in cases where negligence of the Operator cause injury or death.
3. Operator does not held liable for failure or delay in delivery of services in circumstances where it is the result of force majeure, act of war, riots, yet social, acts of terrorism, revolution, government and other public authorities (including the denial of a license or permission to operate the facility of the complex), fire, floods, epidemics, lightning, explosion, fog, bad weather, interruption in the supply of public services (eg electricity, gas, water, telecommunications services), repairs, strikes, or lockout boycott, the embargo and systems.
4. Operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time of reservation.
5. Conditions are an integral part of the booking confirmation.
6. If any of the conditions of the reservation is incompatible with the law no longer valid or no effect on the rest of the reservation.
