Is your company a member of Chamber of Tourism?
No, because we are not a tour operator but a company dedicated to mediate in renting apartments, we can not be members of the Chamber of Tourism.
If you are not the travel agency what are the terms you operate on?
Our company is an agency renting apartments of private owners. Private owners, who have bought property in Bulgaria, rent it now by our company. Through close collaboration with the owners, without the involvement of intermediaries, we can offer apartments even for 8 people in the prices of what travel agencies often want to be a trip for 1 person.
How can I be sure that after you pay money, you are not declared bankrupt or shut-interest?
Our company operates on the European market since 2006. We enjoy the trust of customers, moreover as one of the few companies we have adopted a system of payments when "receiving the product". This means that before you leave the Customer only pays a small advance payment and after receiving the keys and checked the apartment, regulates the balance.
Financial matters.
Are the prices shown include any additional costs?
NO! The only extra is the amount of guarantee caution, which is returned upon departure.
In a case of withdrawal, shall be refunded the amount of payment or part of it?
It all depends on the date of resignation.
Up to 60 days prior to arrival forfeit 10% of the value of your reservation.
Up to 30 days prior to arrival forfeit your 10% + deposit.

Can you give a guarantee of the price?
Absolutely. After we confirm your reservation prices do not change.
Do you offer any discounts?
Absolutely! We offer discounts up to 50%.
Is the price of the apartment calculated per day or per overnight stay?
The prices given are for accommodation in the selected object per night, not depending on the number of people.
Do I incur additional costs, if in the course of my stay in the apartment some of the equipment will be destroyed?
The same rules apply for rental apartments in Bulgaria, as in the country of your residence. On account of any damage deposit is charged in the condenser of 150 Euro to be cleared with you before your departure.
Provided by you prices are the gross or net prices, or might be added any "extra" charges, for example, use of swimming pools, chairs etc.?
Prices are provided by us are gross prices and there are no additional hidden fees. In some facilities in addition you might have to pay for the Internet in the apartment or loungers by the pool or on the beach.
After concluding the contract might the price be increased?
No! Prices are not unchanged from the time you receive the "reservation confirmation".
Do you accept Euro <26 and ISIC cards?
Sorry, but we do not accept the above cards.
Can I pay on the spot in EUR or is it better to have Bulgarian currency?
In resorts EUR is generally accepted, but the exchange rate in places other than banks are usually much lower.
Is it better to have cash or credit card in Bulgaria? Does restaurants, clubs and shops accept all credit cards?
We recommend you take debit or credit card. In most places such as restaurants, stores you can pay by card, there are also widely available ATMs. First, having a card is much safer than carrying cash, as well as, the exchange rate of euro to Bulgarian LEVA in resorts is typically less favourable.
Are there paid park places in the resort to which we are going to?
Most complexes offers free parking spaces. The resorts car parks are paid. Please avoid parking in places other than the designated areas. Leaving the car in other places may result in haul away car and cost is around 40-50EUR.
Reservations
Is it possible to change the date of booking?
We are very flexible, if only there is such possibility the date of your arrival can be changed. In order to determine details, please contact us.
How can we be sure that the apartment I booked will be the one chosen and will not appear in place that I get something totally different than the order?
On our website we publish accurate descriptions and photos of apartments on offer. It is not possible to offer apartments to differ from those on the spot.
Can we replace the on-site apartment, if that chosen by us will not respond to our demands?
Of course, provided that the tender submitted before departure, will significantly deviate from reality.
How will I receive confirmation of booking?
Confirmation of the reservation you will receive as soon as you pay the reservation fee. At 60 days prior to arrival, each Customer shall confirm their booking by paying a security deposit back, and after our entry in the account will receive a voucher, which must be our servant on the spot. Our staff will issue you the keys and help in accommodation.
In what time I have to pay for the booking?
Payment must be made by transfer on our account at the latest within 24h from receiving confirmation of your booking.
On what basis will we be accommodated in the apartment?
Accommodation is possible on presentation of voucher, which the client receives after the payment of a deposit-return is done, in some complexes it is possible by registration in the reception.
Is it possible to book a larger number of apartments?
Indeed, there is no limit to the number of apartments you can reserve as long as they are available.
We are going with friends. Can I book more than one apartment, preferably side by side?
Of course! Please contact us in order to select the best accommodation.
We returned from vacation and we are unhappy with the conditions - where we can complain and how proceed with complain?
In the first instance please contact our resident on-site. If you are unable to amicably resolve the issue, forward on his hands a complaint with your contact details (full address and phone number). Within 21 days from the date of filing of the complaint letter you will receive a response from us and the offer of compensation.
Holiday conditions
Is there offered access to the Internet in complexes?
In some complexes / apartments there is access to the Internet. Since the internet in Bulgaria is commonly available and cheap, most restaurants offers free access to its Wi-Fi.
Can I bring a pet with me?
Some complexes offer an opportunity to come with a pet. Please contact our office to obtain a list of such centers.
Are the apartments designed for people with disabilities?
Sorry, but the Bulgarian law does not require facilities for the disabled.
Do you offer kids bed in apartments?
Absolutely! However, please contact the office, to prepare the bed for your arrival.
How often is the apartment cleaned (exchange of towels and bed linens)?
Every 7 days, if the holiday lasts 14 days or every 5 days if the holiday lasts for 10 days.
Do the complexes, where you offer accommodation offers the recreational-equipment, rental bikes, water scooters, etc.?
Rentals of bicycles, scooters, water scooters are commonly available in the resorts in Bulgaria.
We want to take bikes. Are there bicycle paths in the resort where are we going?
Unfortunately, Bulgaria has not yet built bicycle paths.
As the transport is in our own hands, before we leave, can we count on your help to get to the place or find, find a cheap flight, transport?

Can we freely communicate in English in Bulgaria?
Among the Bulgarians, especially the younger English language is widely used. In resorts surely you won't have any problems to communicate in that language.
Are English translations of menu available in restaurants?
YES! Due to the increasing number of tourists, majority of restaurants in resorts and bigger cities offers menus in English.
Are the complexes and places you offer popular? What nationality tourists come to these places?
The popularity of Bulgaria as a holiday destination is growing from year to year. After entering the country to the European Union citizens of all European countries can be found on the Bulgarian Coast.
Safety and support
Does anyone from service has got access to the apartment where will I stay?
Only in urgent cases where the worker's intervention is immediately required (such as failure of an urgent, etc.).
In the event of theft or damage to property where I can apply?
In this case, please immediately contact our representative at the place in Bulgaria.
Is it safe to leave car on the street in the resort where will we stay?
We recommend you leave car only on the car park places and areas designated for this purpose. Parking on the prohibited place ends with car haul away on the police car park and a fine of app. 50 euros.
What should I do if I become ill during the stay, break my leg, I get allergies, etc.?
If you have purchased by a private insurance there are private hospitals in the resorts, where you will receive as soon any assistance. In the absence of insurance, or if you have a European Health Card, you can go to the public hospital, GP, where you will be given assistance.
Do you offer anyone's help on the spot such as a resident?
Our employees in Bulgaria are at your disposal 24 hours a day.
